As he perambulates through, he hurls beer glasses at the proprietor in attendance. His ghost manifests through the back bar from a door that no longer exists. The Phantom Society has investigated the Chequers Inn. They reported strange rapping sounds, with cold air ripples. Many of the employees witnessed a vanishing customer, who, witnesses see, from the corner of the eye to appear then disappear.
