Between September 2006 and October 2011, two witnesses met an antiquated figure wearing a wide overflowed cap as they cut through this area. They scarpered off when the figure made a stride towards them. They received notification from a companion on that night who likewise said that a shadow wearing the same sort of cap had pursued him.
