A man in white overalls met two individuals from a wedding gathering returning to their room. He let them know he was working in the room nearby and therefore he said that he would attempt to the commotion to a minimum for twenty minutes. The visitors heard the man nearby sawing and pounding for an hour and the next morning complained about the noise. However, the manager advised that there were no such workers on site. A female member of staff at the hotel overheard the discussion and let them know that it was an apparition of a carpenter who had passed on in the 1970s. She went on to say that she had once seen a ghostly woman in a blue dress in the bar.
